ข้อบังคับสากลเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานอาหาร

• โคเด็กซ์ ( Codex) : เป็นคำย่อของ Codex Alimentarius ซึ่งเป็นภาษาลาติน แปลว่า "food code" หมายความถึง ข้อบังคับสากลเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานด้านอาหาร
  (international food standards code) ที่บัญญัติขึ้นโดยคณะกรรมการ CAC (the Codex Alimentarius Commission) ซึ่งมีเลขานุการ( secretariat) อยู่ที่ กรุงโรม ประเทศ อิตาลี   >>more information
